Lisa’s passion for Greece and its ancient stories compelled her to write ‘The Curse’. It is based on the book, ‘The Curse of the Minotaur: A Tale of Ancient Greece‘, by Tom Stone. Tom has written numerous books about Greece and is widely known for his book ‘The Summer of My Greek Taverna: A Memoir’.
Lisa has a special interest in Greece and has travelled extensively in Crete, the home of the Minotaur. During her travels, she read about and visited many Ancient Greek sites, including the Palace of Knossos in Crete – the site of the Minotaur myth.
‘The Curse of the Minotaur: A Tale of Ancient Greece’ is suitable for teen readers, but it is a thoroughly entertaining and informative read for adults.
